Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. No call, no shows will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
